Missing photos or videos?
iCloud-only originals aren’t exposed by your phone over USB. Download originals to the phone and scan again.
Transfer interrupted?
Reconnect your device and use the same destination and options. Check Activity and Needs attention in the app for details.
License help
Email PaperNewtSupport@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt for purchase or lost-key help. Never send your full license key.
Use Manage license in the app to activate, refresh, or deactivate a PC. Internet access is required to contact the activation service.
